We are looking for an exceptional Senior Systems Engineer with strong knowledge of Windows and virtualization platforms and extensive experience in building and maintaining mission-critical IT infrastructure to join our IT team. What you will be doing

• Design, build, maintain and monitor our mission-critical Windows enterprise infrastructure systems and services across global footprint.

• Manage our Global Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environment.

• Maintain a secure and stable IT environment; Deploying patch management software, policy enforcement, systems hardening and systems / software upgrades.

• Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system design, implementation and configuration.

• Participate in a shared operational on-call rotation to support our production environment.

• Lead post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement long-term preventative fixes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years IT experience with managing Windows Infrastructure and core services such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Endpoint management, DNS and DHCP in a production environment.

• Extensive experience with virtualization technologies and hypervisors, such as VMware ESXi/vCenter and Proxmox VE.

• Experience with system architecture and building production environments on AWS.

• Experience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, alerting and monitoring solutions.

• Strong understanding of encryption, data security and patch management best practices.

• Experience scripting in Powershell, Bash or Python.

• Experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform) to automate system provisioning.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of Linux such as regular day-to-day sysadmin responsibilities (build systems, management, permissions, network mounts).

• Familiar with Identity Access & Management tools (Okta, SAML2.0 / OIDC protocols).

• Familiar with Microsoft Intune for unified endpoint management and policy enforcement.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.  This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.   During the hiring process, your 10x recruiter can share more about the Company’s total compensation package.

USD 136,500-184,700 / year
