About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and growth-oriented Product Manager to join our Growth team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2C environment, has strong design thinking skills, and is eager to take initiative in driving measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping user journeys, improving retention, reducing churn, and driving innovative initiatives to drive meaningful growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prioritise, and execute high impact initiatives that can drive long-term user and business growth.

• Leverage data and insights to build hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate quickly.

• Champion design thinking and a user-first mindset in building product solutions.

• Design and run experiments to improve key funnel metrics such as retention, churn reduction, and conversion rate optimization.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless and impactful product experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2C mobile app environment.

• Proven experience working on retention, churn reduction, and conversion rate optimisation projects.

• Hands-on experience in leading product initiatives and experimentation-led growth.

• Strong design thinking capabilities and ability to craft intuitive, user-centered solutions.

• High appetite for learning and curiosity, with the drive to continuously improve.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams.
