Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube-first videos — reviews, explainers, and creative campaigns.

• Craft strong openings and fast-paced edits that boost viewer retention.

• Add motion graphics and visual elements independently.

• Collaborate with the content and production teams to maintain consistency and creativity.

• Stay updated on YouTube trends and bring fresh ideas to every project.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience editing for YouTube or digital platforms.

• Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.

• Strong storytelling, visual sense, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of YouTube trends, pacing, and audience behavior.

• Able to work independently and deliver top-quality edits under tight deadlines.
