Job Description – OPD Health Claims Processing(MR)

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of health insurance policy coverage, exclusions, and claim processing.

• Familiarity with claim categories (IPD/OPD/Pre-post health claims processing).

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and treatment protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and claims processing systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or Insurance.

• MBA in Insurance / Healthcare Management (preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–3 years’ experience in health insurance claims, OPD/cashless/IPD processing, or TPA operations.
