Job Description
You will own ACKO’s social media presence end-to-end — from creative vision to execution — shaping how millions experience our brand every day.
Build iconic content Create entertaining, culturally relevant content that people love to share. You’ll define ACKO’s social voice and raise the creative bar across platforms.
Lead social strategy Own the social content roadmap across channels — aligning brand storytelling with business priorities. Partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to translate business goals into impactful social narratives.
Drive experimentation Lead platform and format innovation — from short-form video and creator collaborations to new channels and emerging formats. You’ll continuously test, learn, and scale what works.
Own community & engagement Be accountable for community management, sentiment, and engagement. Turn comments into conversations and followers into advocates.
Operate with metrics Track performance across reach, engagement, sentiment, and growth. Translate insights into sharper strategy, better content, and stronger outcomes.
Build systems Create and maintain a high-quality content calendar, production workflows, and review processes to ensure consistency, speed, and creative excellence.
8+ years leading social media/content at a high-growth brand, consumer company, or creator-led ecosystem
Proven experience owning both strategy and hands-on execution
Strong video-first mindset with a portfolio spanning short + long format content
Comfort using modern creative and AI tools (Canva, Photoshop, Veed, Descript, etc.)
Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and internet culture — you spot moments before they peak
Ability to move fast while maintaining quality and brand integrity
Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with growth/business teams
A creator’s instinct paired with a strategist’s mindset
Genuine passion for building communities, not just posting content
Bonus: You actively create content yourself or are a nano/micro influencer on Instagram, LinkedIn, or X.
