Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process claims within defined turnaround time (TAT) as per policy terms and conditions.

  • Review claim documents and verify completeness, authenticity, and eligibility.

  • Recommend claim approvals, deductions, dishonors, and withdrawals based on assessment findings.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet overall productivity and quality targets.
