About Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnerships & OEM Engagement

  • Develop and execute a structured OEM partnership strategy for ACKO Drive.

  • Build senior relationships that unlock multi-layer value across commerce, service, and content.

  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements aligned to long-term ecosystem goals.

  • Ensure partnerships are executable and commercially viable, not just strategic in intent.

2. Business Development Across ACKO Drive

  • Identify new partnership-led revenue and leverage opportunities across:

    • Car sales and distribution

    • Spare parts procurement

    • ADSC network utilisation

    • Ecosystem expansion and access

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships convert into tangible operational and financial outcomes.

  • Establish frameworks for evaluating partnership ROI and long-term value creation.

3. Content Commercialisation & Recovery Roadmap

  • Lead monetisation strategy for ACKO Drive Content.

  • Build structured sponsorship models and repeatable commercial formats.

  • Track burn vs recovery and ensure investments align with defined recovery milestones.

  • Ensure financial guardrails are applied before committing major spends.

4. Financial Discipline & Governance

  • Partner with finance, ACKO Drive leadership team to monitor commercial performance.

  • Bring structured thinking to recovery targets, deal quality, and investment trade-offs.

  • Ensure disciplined decision-making aligned with long-term sustainability.

5. Cross-Functional Influence & Leadership Alignment

  • Work closely with creative leadership to ensure monetisation aligns with brand and editorial integrity.

  • Engage ACKO Drive leadership to align partnerships with broader business strategy.

  • Operate as a bridge between creative, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

  • Influence without authority—driving clarity and alignment across teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 10–15 years in automotive, media, platform, marketplace, or ecosystem-driven businesses.

  • Strong experience in OEM negotiations, strategic partnerships, or business development.

  • Exposure to content, media monetisation, or brand partnerships preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience owning revenue targets or commercial outcomes.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong commercial judgement and structured deal-making capability.

  • Ability to architect multi-layer partnerships beyond transactional sponsorships.

  • Financially disciplined with comfort in recovery targets and burn management.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and externally.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership.
