At ACKO, we are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our D2C product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully launching and growing products, and will be able to provide visionary leadership to our product team. Proven experience in product management, with a focus on D2C products
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, with the ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven recommendations
Experience with agile product development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide vision and direction to a team of product managers
Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including product roadmapping, prioritization, and launch planning
Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Lead the product team in the development and launch of new products and features, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Drive innovation and improvement in our products, through use of customer feedback, market trends, and data analysis
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including prioritization and launch planning
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, on time and within budget
Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies
Provide visionary leadership to the product team, including setting direction, defining goals, and developing talent
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure product performance, and use data to drive product decisions
