Your Mission
Build and scale Aftershoot's talent engine from scratch, set up systems, close key roles fast, and shape our employer brand as we expand globally.
What you will be doing:
Launch and own our ATS (Kula) set up JDs, email templates, and workflows.
Close 3-5 roles/month across tech and business functions.
Build our Careers Page, onboarding process, and interview structure.
Improve time to fill, cost to hire, and overall hiring quality.
Manage stakeholders via weekly updates and hiring progress trackers.
Create a strong employer brand presence on LinkedIn & Glassdoor.
Ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience across touchpoints.
What we're looking for:
2-6 years of TA experience, with a strong tech hiring background.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced startups
Hands-on with ATS, sourcing tools, and hiring operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and structured communication.
Strong execution mindset with ownership and clarity.
Clarity of thought & clear documentation skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with global hiring (especially US/remote)
Exposure to tools like Kula, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outreach platforms.
Experience as a founding/solo TA in an early-stage startup.
Previous experience working with SaaS companies
