The Opportunity

As a Senior Program Manager at Akkio, you will play an essential role to drive execution and delivery to key customers. You will be a strong executor who can connect delivery to business outcomes. This role will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, sales and design, ensuring seamless planning and implementation of programs and the ultimate success for partner engagements.

This isn't just about building features – you'll build on our vision for how AI can transform media operations and bring it to life from concept to market adoption. You'll join at an exciting growth stage following our Series A funding, with the chance to make a significant impact on our product direction and company success.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic relationship architect - Builds and maintains deep, trust-based relationships with our customers and our internal teams, striking a balance between customer objectives and ours to ensure shared success.

  • Cross-functional orchestrator - Coordinates complex initiatives across engineering, sales, customer success, and product while managing competing priorities and resource constraints, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

  • Risk anticipation and mitigation expert - Proactively identifies potential project risks, technical blockers, and scope creep before they impact our engagements, developing contingency plans and solutions that keep large-scale implementations on track.

  • Strong communicator - Tells a compelling story about complex technical concepts at every level in an organization, making high-stakes customer meetings purposeful and enjoyable.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience with tech product and program management roles

  • Held leadership roles, managing multi-million dollar partnerships and complex cross-functional development efforts.

  • Experience in both established companies and startups

  • High preference for NYC

Additional Information

  • Location: Akkio is a fully remote company, but you must be willing to spend significant customer-facing time in New York City.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary range of $165,000-$210,000 depending on experience, plus equity grants

  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); generous PTO policy

  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US
