Paid Time Off
We encourage employees to take time off and provide four weeks of PTO and 12 company-paid holidays, including Juneteenth and the day after Thanksgiving.
Volunteer Time Off
We grant every full-time employee 16 hours each year to use for volunteering. We proudly support all the generous ways Apkudo employees volunteer their time and talents to their communities and causes.
Flexible Work
While some positions require employees to be on-site or on-call, we encourage most employees to manage and flex their own time.
Retirement Planning
We offer a 401(k) with Apkudo matching 100% of contributions for the first 3% and 50% of contributions for the next 2% of each full-time employee's annual salary.
Tech Stipend
Each employee may choose a company-paid Google Pixel phone or a monthly credit to apply toward their tech needs (including upgrading existing network bandwidth).
Continued Education
Each full-time employee is eligible for up to $5,250 per year for continuing education, tuition reimbursement, or obtaining certifications.
Health Coverage
We offer insurance coverage for each full-time employee, spouse or domestic partner, and family. We pay 100% of the coverage cost for each employee for vision, dental, and some medical plans.
HSAs, FSAs, and Commuting
We provide access to HSAs, FSAs, and commuter benefits that may reduce an employee's overall healthcare, dependent care, and/or commuter expenses.
Wellness Stipend
We offer a monthly wellness stipend to be used for things like a gym membership, meditation app, standing desk, fitness equipment, massage therapy, etc.
