Spearhead a dedicated “Devotional Products” pod focused on building hyperscalable spiritual offerings. You’ll own the P&L, define and execute the go-to-market strategy, rapidly ship MVPs, and lead a small, high-velocity team of designers, developers, content creators, and marketers to achieve product-market fit.

Skills & Qualification

  • Experience in Acquisition, P&L, or subscription models

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in building 0 to 1 B2C products

  • Deep analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and rigorous A/B testing

  • Passion for devotional/spiritual products or related marketplaces is a plus

  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team builder

  • Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and never shies away from rolling up sleeves

Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership: Set revenue targets, budgets, and growth KPIs; monitor performance 

  • GTM Strategy: Craft and execute end-to-end launch plans, positioning, pricing, channel mix to drive acquisition.

  • MVP Delivery: Rapidly ideate, prototype, build, and iterate on product experiments

  • Growth & Marketing: Ideate and optimize performance marketing campaigns to accelerate user acquisition and engagement.

  • Metric-Driven Optimization: Define success metrics (activation, conversion, retention, order value); run A/B tests and growth loops to hit targets.
