Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Sr. Associate

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Sr. Associate who will not only manage paid marketing campaigns but also take ownership of moving core business metrics such as revenue, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.

This role requires a balance of execution, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with category, content, creative, and product teams.

Skills & Qualification

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing with proven results in scaling campaigns and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to link campaign performance to business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Problem-solving attitude with ownership to drive business results, not just campaign metrics.

  • Experience in handling large-scale budgets with efficiency.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms.

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency on key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, CM).

  • Track and analyze marketing performance not only at the campaign level (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) but also at the business impact level (Revenue growth, CM1, CM2, Baseline contribution).

  • Perform detailed RCA (root cause analysis) for metric fluctuations and provide actionable insights to drive growth.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting structures for transparent visibility of performance metrics.

  • Drive continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.

  • Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure impactful storytelling that drives conversions.

  • Proactively test new ideas, channels, and formats that can unlock step-jump growth.

  • Work closely with category managers to align campaigns with puja calendar, seasonal spikes, and product launches.

  • Collaborate with CRM, product, and influencer teams to drive multi-channel impact beyond just paid performance.

  • Contribute to brainstorming and execution of branding + performance initiatives that improve baseline business metrics.
