The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UI-focused) who is exceptionally strong in visual design, interaction craft, and polished UI execution.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Obsesses over pixel-perfect UI

• Understands hierarchy, typography, layout, and visual consistency

• Can translate product requirements into clear, beautiful, accessible interfaces

• Loves shaping scalable design systems and component libraries

• Can work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality designs consistently

You’ll work across core product journeys, high-visibility features, and help elevate the overall design quality of Sri Mandir.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-quality UI for mobile and web product flows

• Create clean layouts, strong visual hierarchy, and polished UI patterns

• Build and contribute to a robust design system that scales across platforms

• Work closely with PMs and senior designers to translate product requirements into beautiful, usable interfaces

• Deliver final UI screens, interaction specs, and prototypes with strong attention to detail

• Iterate quickly based on feedback, user behavior, and usability insights

• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all designs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in product/UI design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI craft, clean layouts, typography, and visual systems

• Mastery of Figma and comfort with creating components, variants, and interaction flows

• Ability to work within and contribute to design systems

• Good understanding of interaction patterns for mobile apps

• Sense of visual aesthetics, clarity, and simplicity

• Speed + precision — you can deliver high-quality UI without over-engineering

• Bonus: Experience in high-engagement B2C apps, social, entertainment, or gaming
