Role Overview for Product Manager: Building Our Next Flagship Product

As a Product Manager for a brand new, highly ambitious initiative, you will be the founding PM responsible for taking a high-potential product from zero to one. This new app is being built to have an insanely large user base and will be instrumental in achieving our mission of serving hundreds of millions of users.

This is a high-impact, founder-style role that demands an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional first principles thinking, and the ability to combine deep user empathy with analytical sharpness to build, own, and scale a new product end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Zero-to-One Product Build: Drive the entire product lifecycle for a brand new initiative - from initial problem discovery, concept validation, and MVP launch to scaling the product for massive growth.

  • Apply First Principles Thinking: Challenge assumptions and leverage a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics to define a truly differentiated product strategy and roadmap.

  • Shape the Roadmap for your charter, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving alignment with company goals.

  • Act like an Owner: Move fast, experiment boldly, and make decisions grounded in data and conviction to achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Focus on Core Metrics: Leverage analytics and user insights with a specific emphasis on solving for app engagement, retention, and subscription/monetization loops.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with design, engineering, and data teams to translate strategy into high-quality execution and deliver measurable business and user impact.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation in the faith-tech space.

What You Bring

  • Education: Engineering or Management degree from a premier institute  -  IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM, ISB preferred.

  • Experience: Must have 3–5 years of core B2C product management experience in consumer-tech startups.

  • Proven Zero-to-One / New Product Experience is a major advantage.

  • High Proficiency in solving for App Engagement, Retention, and/or Subscriptions is a strong preference.

  • Strong product sense and customer empathy.

  • Hands-on with product execution and analytics.

  • Proven track record of shipping impactful digital products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in interpreting complex datasets and applying first principles thinking.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
