• 6 months - 2 years of experience in Operations / Execution-focused roles

• Fluent in one South Indian language; proficient in understanding other South Indian languages

• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground execution

• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

• Operations & Execution

• Own end-to-end execution of pooja & Chadawa and other executions including planning, scheduling, execution, and video uploads.

• Manage hub operations for Southern States

• Handle pricing, billing, and invoicing coordination with pandits and temples

• Ensure timely execution with minimal operational errors

• Temple & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with videographers for scheduling, quality checks, and timely uploads

• Act as the primary operations contact for all regional stakeholders

• On-ground & Travel

• Travel across Southern States as required to:

• ○ Support temple onboarding

• ○ Execute poojas on-ground

• ○ Resolve real-time operational issues
