Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Growth

  • Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads, and emerging digital channels.

  • Develop full-funnel growth strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion for puja services.

  • Build scalable frameworks for campaign execution and expansion into new markets.

Business Ownership

  • Take ownership for the new puja vertical with focus on revenue growth, CM1, CM2, and sustainable CACs.

  • Drive vertical-level growth strategy—identify high-potential categories, align puja offerings with consumer needs, and unlock new opportunities.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to link marketing performance with business impact.

Optimization & Experimentation

  • Lead systematic experimentation on creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages, and offers.

  • Push for constant improvement in efficiency metrics (CPA, ROAS) while also scaling volume.

  • Leverage data insights to identify high-ROI opportunities and sunset underperforming initiatives.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with category teams to plan campaigns around puja calendars, festivals, and auspicious occasions.

  • Collaborate with content & creative teams to build narratives that drive conversion and trust.

  • Partner with product & CRM to optimize the user journey, retention flows, and monetization.

  • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders to hit growth targets for the vertical.

Requirements

  • 3-5  years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling campaigns to high budgets.

  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, UAC, DV360, etc.) and campaign attribution.

  • Experience in owning business outcomes (revenue, margins) beyond campaign metrics.

  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with Excel/Sheets and dashboard tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across functions.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude: ownership-driven, problem-solving, and outcome-oriented.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in scaling a new vertical/business line from scratch.

  • Comfort with P&L thinking and exposure to marketplace or service-oriented businesses.

  • Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Metabase.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
