Role Overview

We are looking for performance-driven growth professionals to own and scale our user acquisition engine.

You will drive key business metrics like Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins, working at the intersection of data, creatives, and consumer behavior.

This is not just a media buying role, it requires strong business understanding, creative intuition, and experience scaling high-intent consumer funnels.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and scale app marketing campaigns across Meta & Google (UAC)

  • Own end-to-end campaign performance — budgets, bidding, optimization

  • Drive improvements in CPI, CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth

  • Optimize full funnel (CTR → CVR → CPI → ROAS)

  • Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels

  • Collaborate with product, content, and category teams to improve conversion

  • Align campaigns with consumer behavior, events, and seasonal trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth (D2C / B2C / app-first)

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (UAC)

  • Proven track record of scaling high-budget campaigns with strong CAC/ROAS control

  • Experience in conversion-focused funnels (purchase / transaction-led)

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and funnels

  • Analytical mindset with experience in Excel / dashboards

Strong Preference

  • Exposure to revenue-driven campaigns (not just lead gen)

  • Experience scaling during high-traffic events / seasonal spikes
