Role Overview

We are hiring a Sr. CRM Associate / CRM AM to drive lifecycle execution for the South business, with a strong focus on Telugu-speaking users.

This role requires:

  • Deep regional and cultural understanding

  • Strong execution discipline across CRM channels

  • Ability to translate strategy into high-quality lifecycle journeys

This is not a translation role.

It is a regional lifecycle ownership role focused on engagement, repeat usage, and transaction growth within South cohorts.

What You Will Do

Drive South Lifecycle Execution

  • Execute CRM journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation

  • Align communication with temple availability and ritual calendars

  • Maintain quality and targeting accuracy across campaigns

Regional Personalisation & Cultural Context

  • Segment users based on behavioral and regional affinity

  • Build culturally resonant communication for Telugu users

  • Understand devotional patterns and festival-driven spikes

Omnichannel Campaign Management

  • Execute across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and In-App

  • Manage frequency and fatigue across channels

  • Ensure high delivery accuracy and operational hygiene

Support Repeat Revenue Growth

  • Improve repeat transaction rate within South cohorts

  • Support subscription nudges and reactivation flows

  • Track and report performance metrics

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain CRM SOPs and campaign QA processes

  • Work within MoEngage (or similar tools) for journey execution

  • Ensure execution velocity during high-traffic events

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Growth (B2C/D2C)

  • Fluent in Telugu (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of Tier 2/3 Bharat user behavior

  • Hands-on CRM tool experience (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented, high ownership mindset

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven environments
