Job Description – Assistant Manager, TA (IT & Non IT Hiring)

Location: Bangalore, HSR

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Talent Assistant Manager to drive high-quality and faster hiring for critical roles, manage intern programs, and lead initiatives around talent branding and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced D2C/B2C startup ecosystem, has experience closing leadership and high-value roles (20 LPA+), and is passionate about building scalable people practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Hire Faster)

  • End-to-end ownership of recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including senior hiring (>20 LPA CTC). (50%Tech & 50%Non Tech)

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and business-critical positions.

  • Ensure faster TAT in closing open roles while maintaining high quality of hires.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and design effective hiring strategies.

2. Talent Branding

  • Design and execute initiatives that strengthen our employer brand across digital platforms.

  • Partner with marketing/communications to amplify the company’s talent story on social media, events, and career portals.

  • Build innovative campaigns to attract top talent.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the bridge between business leaders and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

  • Proactively manage expectations of multiple stakeholders while driving recruitment outcomes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure hiring goals are met within timelines.

4. Data Management & Dashboards

  • Own recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics for real-time insights.

  • Ensure accurate data management on ATS and HR systems.

  • Provide monthly/quarterly hiring reports for leadership.

Mandates-

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in talent acquisition and maximum 6 years.

  • Industry Background: Must have recruited for D2C/B2C startups and brands.

  • Hiring Exposure: Proven track record of hiring for high-value roles in Product, Tech, Design & Category.

  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English.

  • Joining Timeline: Available to join within 15–30 days.
