Our flagship product, Sri Mandir, powers rituals, teachings, and a deeply engaged devotional community. As we scale, we are building new verticals to unlock growth in India’s large and evolving devotion ecosystem.
We are looking for a high-ownership Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale a new puja vertical (0→1 + growth).
This role goes beyond campaign execution; it requires strong business acumen, data-driven thinking, and a deep understanding of Bharat users, especially Telugu-speaking audiences.
You will own end-to-end growth, driving key metrics like Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins (CM1/CM2).
Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads, and emerging channels
Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → acquisition → conversion)
Expand campaigns into new user segments and markets
Own vertical-level growth and P&L (Revenue, CAC, CM1, CM2)
Identify high-potential categories and align offerings with user demand
Translate campaign performance into business impact and growth insights
Run structured experiments across:
Creatives
Targeting
Bidding
Landing journeys
Continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and scale efficiency
Identify and scale high-ROI opportunities
Tailor campaigns, creatives, and messaging for regional audiences (especially Telugu-speaking users)
Leverage cultural context, festivals, and devotional behavior to drive performance
Work closely with category, product, and creative teams
Align campaigns with puja calendars, festivals, and key events
Partner with CRM/product teams to improve conversion and retention
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (B2C / app-first)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (UAC)
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong CAC/ROAS control
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel / dashboards
Ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes (revenue, margins)
Fluency in Telugu (spoken and/or written)
Understanding of regional user behavior and vernacular content
Experience in 0→1 or new vertical launches
Exposure to high-growth B2C / D2C startups
Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, GA4, Looker
Own and build a new vertical from scratch
Direct impact on revenue and business growth
Work on a high-scale consumer product used by millions
