Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident, empathetic, and relationship-driven Customer Experience Intern who will work directly with our premium customers and ensure they receive a seamless, high-touch experience.

You will act as the first point of trust for our most valued users — managing relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

If you come from hospitality, B2B sales, or any service-focused background and understand that customer experience is everything, this role will give you real ownership from Day 1.

Duration : 6 months

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Stipend: 20,000

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing relationships with premium customers through calls and messages

• Resolving high-priority queries with speed, clarity, and empathy

• Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams

• Handling escalations professionally and ensuring complete resolution

• Maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups

• Identifying recurring concerns and suggesting service improvements

• Supporting Chitra in day-to-day customer operations

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Background in hospitality, B2B sales, customer service, or relationship management

• Naturally empathetic and calm under pressure

• Confident in speaking with premium customers

• Strong ownership mindset — you don’t pass problems, you solve them

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is a plus
