Role: Consultant Astrologer (Sri Mandir)

Role Objective

Looking for experienced, sales-oriented astrologers who can conduct phone/video consultations and convert user consultations into devotional e-commerce purchases (stones, rudraksha, yantra, etc.) and puja bookings on the Sri Mandir platform.

Ideal Candidate Persona

1️⃣ Experience & Expertise

• 3–5 years of practical astrology experience 

• Strong in Kundli reading, remedies

2️⃣ Sales & Conversion Ability (Critical Requirement)

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred)

• Can confidently recommend remedies and close sales 

• Comfortable converting:

  • Online Puja bookings

  • Gemstones / Rudraksha / Yantras

3️⃣ Digital Comfort (Mandatory)

• Comfortable using smartphone - Able to read user details (DOB, Gotra, etc.) digitally

• Can join and conduct Google Meet consultations

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Monthly Retainer (Consultant model) - Rs. 15000

• Variable Pay linked to

  • Puja bookings - 20% rev share

  • E-commerce product sales - 10% rev share 

Job KRA’s

• Should spend 6 hours of time during the office hours

• Effectively sell e-commerce and puja bookings with decent conversion rate
