We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory visibility, and timely dispatch across the network. The role requires strong coordination between warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and accurate order tracking.

Skills & Qualification

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or fulfillment

• Experience in D2C brands, e-commerce, last-mile logistics, or supply chain operations

• Strong data handling and operational reporting skills

• Comfortable working with order management systems, logistics dashboards, or Excel-based reporting

• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, and supply team

Responsibilities

• Own and manage order status tracking and management across the system.

• Support marketing projection and volume planning to ensure operational readiness.

• Maintain Pan-India inventory visibility and coordinate with warehouses for stock accuracy.

• Ensure store and order tagging accuracy for smooth order flow and reporting.

• Monitor and manage COD risk from a data and reporting perspective, including feedback tracking.

• Assist with dispatch planning and ensure D+1 dispatch compliance across orders.

• Prepare and maintain operations reports and dashboards for daily tracking.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues quickly.
