Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone from a hospitality, B2B sales, or service background who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with Chitra to manage day-to-day customer operations, ensure smooth communication, and help maintain high service standards.If you enjoy solving problems, speaking to customers, and creating positive experiences — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, chats, emails).

  • Assist in resolving customer queries, concerns, and service issues promptly.

  • Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

  • Support daily operational tasks to improve customer experience workflows.

  • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Background in hospitality, B2B sales, customer service, or related service roles preferred.

  • High level of empathy and patience while dealing with customers.

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
