We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone from a hospitality, B2B sales, or service background who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with Chitra to manage day-to-day customer operations, ensure smooth communication, and help maintain high service standards.If you enjoy solving problems, speaking to customers, and creating positive experiences — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, chats, emails).
Assist in resolving customer queries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Support daily operational tasks to improve customer experience workflows.
Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Background in hospitality, B2B sales, customer service, or related service roles preferred.
High level of empathy and patience while dealing with customers.
Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
