Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Manager to own our user acquisition engine and move core business metrics including Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins (CM1/CM2).

This is not just a "media buying" role; it requires a deep understanding of the "Bharat" user persona, sharp creative intuition for devotional content, and the analytical rigor to scale high-intent transactions. You will work at the intersection of data and storytelling, collaborating closely with Category, Product, and Creative teams to serve millions on their digital devotional journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Strategic Growth

  • Independently plan, launch, and scale high-volume paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC), and emerging digital platforms.

  • Own end-to-end strategy from budget allocation to delivery, ensuring alignment with top-line business objectives.

  • Scale acquisition efforts while maintaining strict efficiency on CPA, ROAS, and Baseline Contribution.

Analytics & Business Impact

  • Track performance beyond basic metrics (CTR/CPC) to focus on CM1, CM2, and user LTV.

  • Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for metric fluctuations and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for transparent visibility of growth performance across cohorts.

Creative Optimization & Experimentation

  • Partner with content and creative teams to define high-performing hooks that build devotional trust.

  • Drive a continuous culture of A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audience segments.

  • Proactively test new channels and formats to unlock non-linear, step-jump growth.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with category teams to plan campaigns around puja calendars, festivals, and auspicious occasions.

  • Collaborate with content & creative teams to build narratives that drive conversion and trust.

  • Partner with product & CRM to optimize the user journey, retention flows, and monetization.

  • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders to hit growth targets for the vertical.

Who you are:

  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing/growth with a proven track record of scaling consumer apps.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google UAC for high-growth B2C products.

  • Business Acumen: Strong ability to link campaign performance directly to P&L outcomes (Revenue and Contribution Margins).

  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with tools like GA4, Looker, or SQL.

  • Content Intuition: A sharp "gut" for what drives engagement in the Indian vernacular market.

Good to Have

  • Experience in high-growth B2C/D2C startups 

  • Experience managing large-scale budgets during high-traffic events or festivals.

  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution and its impact on acquisition strategy.
