Role Snapshot: 

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns who will work closely with our sales and customer experience team.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in B2C sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a fast-paced startup environment. 

What you’ll Champion:

  • Engage with users via calls, chats, and follow-ups to drive conversions

  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services (pujas, chadhava, products, etc.)

  • Build strong relationships with users and ensure a seamless experience

  • Drive repeat purchases through proactive follow-ups and personalized engagement

  • Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarity

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

  • Identify high-intent users and convert them into paying customers

  • Work towards daily/weekly sales and performance targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Who Can Apply

  • Students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, or similar fields preferred)

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English

  • Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement

  • Comfortable speaking with customers over calls

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

  • Prior internship or experience in sales/telesales is a plus (not mandatory)
