We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns who will work closely with our sales and customer experience team.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in B2C sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a fast-paced startup environment.
Engage with users via calls, chats, and follow-ups to drive conversions
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services (pujas, chadhava, products, etc.)
Build strong relationships with users and ensure a seamless experience
Drive repeat purchases through proactive follow-ups and personalized engagement
Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarity
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Identify high-intent users and convert them into paying customers
Work towards daily/weekly sales and performance targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Who Can Apply
Students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, or similar fields preferred)
Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Prior internship or experience in sales/telesales is a plus (not mandatory)
Hands-on experience in B2C sales & business development
Exposure to working in a high-growth startup environment
