India’s $44B devotion economy is still largely offline. We are digitizing this space by building scalable, meaningful, and deeply cultural experiences.
We are looking for a Content Ops Intern to own and operate the Mandir feature end-to-end. This is a highly execution-driven role combining devotional understanding, content creation, operations, CRM execution, and AI-led workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who can think deeply, execute fast, and continuously improve systems.
Mandir Feature Ownership
Own end-to-end operations of the Mandir feature
Create and manage service/store pages within CMS
Regularly update:
Dates
Availability
Quantities/configurations
Content & Creative Execution
Create devotional content (copy, formats, messaging)
Produce devotional music/content using AI tools
Ensure cultural and religious sensitivity in all outputs
CRM Campaign Execution
Execute campaigns across:
Push Notifications
SMS
Use tools like MoEngage and Gupshup
Understand and implement:
User journeys
Segmentation
Campaign flows
Operations & Process Optimization
Translate on-ground temple operations into digital workflows
Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual effort over time
Coordinate across:
CMS
Product
Ground operations
Social Media & Content Analytics
Assist in content uploads across platforms
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)
Derive insights to improve content performance
1. Strong Devotional Context
Deep understanding of Hindu devotional ecosystem (aartis, bhajans, rituals)
High sensitivity to religious sentiment
2. Operations Mindset (Critical)
Comfortable working with CMS tools
Strong execution ability and attention to detail
Ability to simplify and optimize workflows
3. Creative & Content-Oriented
Strong instinct for devotional content and storytelling
Ability to write compelling copy
Interest in AI-led content/music creation
4. AI & Prompting Skills
Familiarity with tools like:
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini
Understanding of prompting and AI-assisted workflows
5. Basic CRM Understanding
Exposure to lifecycle marketing or CRM tools
Understanding of user journeys and campaign execution
6. Social Media & Analytics Awareness
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and publishing
Ability to analyze content performance metrics
7. Problem Solving (P0 Skill)
Strong thinking ability
Structured approach to solving ambiguous problems
Prior experience with CMS tools or content operations
Exposure to devotional/spiritual content creation
Experience working with marketing automation tools
