We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Product Manager to build and scale new AI-powered experiences from scratch.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building products from 0→1. This role will own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch, working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of modern AI product ecosystems.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Execution

• Identify high-impact user problems and define product opportunities through research, analytics, and experimentation.

• Own product roadmap, prioritization, execution, and launch for new product initiatives.

• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and success metrics.

• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

AI Product Development

• Build AI-native products and features leveraging LLMs and emerging AI technologies.

• Define product requirements around RAG systems, orchestration frameworks, model evaluation, prompt optimization, and agentic workflows.

• Drive decisions around latency, accuracy, cost optimization, and user experience trade-offs.

• Work with engineering teams to establish model testing frameworks and performance benchmarks.

Analytics & User Insights

• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities.

• Define key metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and experimentation.

• Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and behavioral analysis to uncover unmet needs.

• Translate insights into actionable product improvements.

Problem Solving & Product Thinking

• Break down complex business and user problems into fundamental components.

• Apply first-principles thinking to challenge assumptions and develop innovative solutions.

• Structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity across stakeholders.
  

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3–7 years of product management experience in a consumer internet, SaaS, AI, or technology company.

• Proven experience building and launching products from 0→1.

• Strong understanding of AI product development concepts including:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Model Evaluation & Testing

• Prompt Engineering

• AI Cost Optimization

• Orchestration Layers & AI Workflows

• Agentic Systems

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using product metrics and user insights to drive decisions.

• Ability to independently own product outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
  

Preferred

• Engineering background (B.Tech / BE or equivalent)

• Graduates from Tier-1 institutions preferred

• Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams

• Prior experience in high-growth consumer technology startups

• Experience building products powered by LLMs and Generative AI
