About Job

We are looking for an Senior Associate – Category Growth who will own and drive Average Order Value (AOV) growth for the Puja and Web verticals.

The role sits at the intersection of business, analytics, and product. You will identify monetization opportunities, design pricing experiments, recommend relevant add-on offerings, and work closely with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to improve customer value and revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems through data, experimentation, and structured thinking.

The role will also involve bringing an offline devotional experience to the digital ecosystem.

Involves working with Other stakeholders Operations to understand offline behaviour, Product for implementation and analytics to understand Patterns and drive insights.

Skills & Qualification

  • Must Have

    • 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Business Analytics, Growth, Revenue Management, Strategy, or Product Analytics.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience working with data to identify business opportunities and drive decisions.

    • Comfortable designing and evaluating experiments.

    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

    Preferred

    • Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplace, D2C, or high-growth startups.

    • Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

    • Experience working on pricing, monetization, revenue growth, or category expansion initiatives.

    • Familiarity with product experimentation and user behavior analytics.

Responsibilities

  • AOV Growth & Monetization

    • Own and drive Average Order Value (AOV) for the Puja and Web categories.

    • Identify opportunities to increase basket size, attach rates, and overall transaction value.

    • Recommend and launch new monetization initiatives across the customer journey.

    Pricing & Experimentation

    • Design, execute, and analyze pricing experiments to identify optimal pricing strategies.

    • Evaluate customer response to different pricing structures, bundles, and package offerings.

    • Measure business impact and recommend scalable growth opportunities.

    SKU Expansion & Bundling

    • Identify complementary products and services that can be bundled with existing puja offerings.

    • Evaluate cross-sell and upsell opportunities such as Puja + Chadawa, Puja + Prasad, Puja + Devotional Services, etc.

    • Determine the right product combinations based on customer behavior and business impact.

    Data Analytics & Business Insights

    • Analyze user behavior, purchase patterns, conversion funnels, and category performance metrics.

    • Generate actionable insights that improve monetization and customer engagement.

    • Build business cases backed by data and customer understanding.

    Cross-functional Execution

    • Partner closely with Product teams to implement growth opportunities.

    • Recommend improvements across product placement, discovery modules, tabs, bundles, and checkout journeys.

    • Collaborate with Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to drive execution.

    Success Metrics

    • Increase in Average Order Value (AOV)

    • Improvement in cross-sell and upsell attachment rates

    • Revenue contribution from new bundles and SKU combinations

    • Experiment success rate and implementation impact

    • Incremental business growth driven through category initiatives
