ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are hiring a high-performance Sales BDE who will engage with customers immediately after their astrologer consultation. By the time a lead reaches you, they already trust the brand and have a specific gemstone/Rudraksha prescription — your job is to convert that trust into a high-value transaction. 

This is not cold calling. Every lead is warm, pre-qualified, and arrives with a product recommendation from a trusted astrologer. Your role is to build the order — anchor with the prescribed product, then expand the cart through intelligent upselling and bundling to achieve an average order value of ₹1 Lakh+. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 

Lead Intake: Receive warm leads from the Consultation Astrologer within 2 hours of their call, complete with chart notes, recommended products, and customer pain points 

Immediate Engagement: Initiate contact via WhatsApp (preferred) or phone within 30 minutes of handoff — reference the astrologer’s recommendation by name to maintain continuity 

Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of all SKUs: 9 Navratna gemstones, 12+ Rudraksha mukhis, rings, pendants, malas, energization pujas, and combination kits 

Educate & Reassure: Explain gemstone quality (origin, carat, clarity, certification), Rudraksha authenticity (X-ray reports, mukhi verification), and the energization process 

REQUIREMENTS 

Must Have: 2–4 years in inside sales, luxury/premium D2C sales, or high-ticket consultative selling
Proven ability to handle ₹50K–₹2L+ ticket sizes with empathy-driven selling (not hard close) 

Excellent WhatsApp communication — ability to build trust through text, voice notes, and product images/videos 

Fluent in Hindi; working English for premium segments 

Comfort with CRM tools, lead tracking, and daily reporting 

Genuine interest in or willingness to deeply learn Vedic astrology, gemstones, and Rudraksha properties
Nice to Have: Prior experience in jewelry, gemstone, wellness, or spiritual product sales
Familiarity with high-AOV bundling strategies or subscription commerce 

Experience working with astrologer-led or consultation-led funnels
