Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches and key feature releases across the Sri Mandir ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role working closely with Product, Growth, CRM, Design, and Analytics teams to ensure every feature reaches users with the right positioning, messaging, and adoption strategy. You'll play a critical role in taking products from 0→1, driving feature discovery, user adoption, and long-term engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product roles within a fast-paced B2C consumer tech startup.


Key Responsibilities

Product Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new products and feature launches.

  • Develop launch plans, positioning, messaging, and rollout strategies.

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Growth, CRM, Design, Content, and Analytics.

  • Ensure successful feature adoption through well-planned launch campaigns.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, user-centric messaging.

  • Define value propositions for different user cohorts.

  • Partner with Design and Content teams to create launch assets, in-app messaging, landing pages, and communication campaigns.

Feature Adoption & Growth

  • Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for newly launched features.

  • Monitor feature performance and identify opportunities to improve activation and usage.

  • Collaborate with CRM and Growth teams on lifecycle campaigns that increase feature discovery and repeat usage.

0→1 Product Scale

  • Work closely with Product teams from the ideation stage through launch.

  • Validate messaging with users and internal stakeholders before launch.

  • Build scalable GTM playbooks that can be replicated across future launches.

  • Support experimentation around pricing, onboarding, and feature packaging where applicable.

Market & User Insights

  • Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and analytics.

  • Analyze user behavior and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.

  • Use data to refine messaging, positioning, and launch strategies.

Performance Measurement

  • Define launch success metrics.

  • Track adoption, activation, engagement, and retention for launched features.

  • Share post-launch learnings and recommend improvements for future releases.


Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have

  • 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Strategy, or Product Management within B2C/D2C consumer tech companies.

  • Experience owning GTM strategy for product or feature launches.

  • Hands-on experience launching products from 0→1.

  • Strong understanding of product adoption, activation funnels, and user journeys.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, and Analytics teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, gaming, edtech, or content platforms.

  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and growth frameworks.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze.

  • Exposure to AI-powered consumer products or personalization is a plus.
