Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with a modern, AI-first creative mindset. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visuals across digital, print, packaging, and marketing campaigns while maintaining a consistent and scalable brand identity.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, collaborate across teams, mentor junior designers, and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, campaigns, print, packaging, and marketing materials.

• Create AI-assisted creatives and leverage generative AI tools to enhance design quality, speed, and innovation.

• Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.

• Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.

• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.

• Ensure high-quality, consistent design across all brand assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic/brand design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and print work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools.

• Excellent skills in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and branding.

• Experience building design systems and maintaining brand consistency.

• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor designers.
  

Good to Have

• Basic UX/UI design knowledge.

• Motion graphics or illustration experience.

• Experience integrating AI into creative workflows.
