About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a strong automation mindset to own the quality of our products end-to-end. You will be a quality champion, ensuring our apps and features are reliable, performant, and deliver a world-class user experience for millions of devotees.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks to improve test coverage, speed, and reliability.

• Build and execute automated tests across functional, regression, integration, and API layers.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and fast release cycles.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure testable requirements and early QA involvement.

• Own release quality assurance through defect triaging, regression testing, and final release sign-off.

• Define, track, and report quality metrics like defect leakage, test coverage, and build health.

• Conduct performance, security, and edge-case testing to ensure product robustness.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation, test design, and execution.

• Continuously improve QA processes through retrospectives and shift-left testing principles.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of test strategies, automated test cases, bug reports, and QA postmortems.

Who You Are:

• 4–6 years of QA experience, preferably in B2C product startups.

• Strong experience in automation testing, test strategy, and CI/CD integration.

• High ownership mindset capable of handling multiple projects independently.

• Passionate about quality and improving user experience at scale.

• Comfortable working from our HSR Bangalore office.
