Work type: Full time · Department: Product · Workplace: On-Site

Bangalore Division, Karnataka, India

Product Fellowship Program

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Bengaluru, HSR, Work from Office

Potential Pathway: Full-time Associate Product Manager (APM)

Build real products. Own real problems. Ship real outcomes.

Sri Mandir (by AppsForBharat) is looking for high-potential Product Fellows to join our product team. This is a 6-month, high-ownership role where you will work on live product problems across acquisition, retention, user journeys, experimentation, and monetisation. This is not a shadowing or classroom-style fellowship. You will be expected to contribute from Day 1 -understanding users, analysing data, identifying opportunities, working with Design and Engineering, and shipping solutions that create measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own a defined product problem from discovery to execution

  • Analyse user behaviour, funnels, cohorts, and product metrics

  • Identify problems and opportunities and define what we should build

  • Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics

  • Ship, measure, and iterate on product solutions

  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

What we're looking for

  • Strong first principles thinking and high-agency mindset

  • Solid analytical/SQL ability, you should be able to pull and interpret your own data, not wait for someone else to

  • Bias for action - ship, get answers, validate thesis and iterate

  • Excellent written communication - plans and updates need to be clear enough that someone else could pick them up

  • 0–2 years of experience (as an analyst, engineer, consultant, or fresh grad)

We are looking for people who can move from:

“Here’s what the data says” → “Here’s the problem we should solve, why it matters, and what we should build.”

What Happens After 6 Months?

High-performing Fellows may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time APM role, based on their product thinking, ownership, execution, and demonstrated impact.

If you want to build products, not just learn about Product Management, this is for you.
