About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to translate user needs into impactful product solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who can independently drive design tasks while continuing to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Interface Design

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for new features.

• Translate user insights and product requirements into intuitive experiences.

• Contribute to and maintain consistency across design systems and guidelines.

Design Research & Usability

• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights.

• Analyse user behaviour and research findings to inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with product and data teams to validate and iterate solutions.

Visual & Interaction Design

• Create pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand and product standards.

• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design intent clearly.

• Enhance experiences through motion, micro-interactions, and visual details.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation.

• Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions.

• Manage design tasks independently while meeting timelines and quality standards. 

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in product design (internships or full-time roles).

• Strong foundation in UX/UI design principles and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing methods.

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and thinking.
