About the Role

This is a P&L leadership mandate to spearhead the revenue growth of the Brand across all channels. You will lead a high-output team across performance marketing, brand, and operations to scale the revenue engine profitably. You will be responsible for the Brand’s transition from 200 Cr to 1000 Cr, maintaining a relentless focus on unit economics and capital efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership

  • Own top-line and bottom-line revenue across all channels (D2C, Marketplaces, and Retail)

  • Drive omnichannel growth and achieve scale while ensuring profitable scaling

  • Own the unit economics for marketing: Build and optimize frameworks for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Contribution Margin

2. Brand Voice

  • Own the brand positioning

  • Partner with the creative team to ensure all communications are world-class and resonate with our customers

  • Sharpen our positioning across D2C, Offline and every other place where brand communications surface

3. Marketing Operations

  • Build the systems and operating rhythm needed to increase decision velocity and execution speed across the marketing function

  • Own the marketing ledger, valuing financial discipline as much as creative flair

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • The Experience: 7+ years in high-growth D2C or Fashion. You have seen the 100 Cr to 500 Cr journey before.

  • Proven experience in scaling performance marketing for consumer first brands of at least 3+ years
