About the opportunity
We're hiring an HR & Admin Lead for our Jaipur People Operations — covering our corporate office and manufacturing facility. The role combines HR generalist work with factory HR and full admin/facilities ownership for the location.
You'll be the on-the-ground people leader for everything Aramya in Jaipur.

Key responsibilities

  • Corporate HR — Full employee lifecycle for the Jaipur corporate team, HRMS ownership, engagement, and HR query resolution.

  • Factory HR — Joining formalities, KYC, daily attendance (biometric + OT), and payroll inputs for manufacturing staff. Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows.

  • Facilities & Admin — Building maintenance, vendor management (security, pantry, housekeeping, telecom, IT, biometric), and on-site supervision for both office and factory.

  • People Management — Lead a small on-ground team: Security Officer, Soft Services Supervisor, and Factory Floor Data Entry Operator. Set expectations, review performance, build standards.

Key skills & qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role.

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and tools.

  • Strong understanding of core HR operations and HRMS workflows.

  • Prior exposure to startup or fast-paced environments preferred.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.

  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail.
