About the opportunity

Join us on this journey of building a house of lifestyle brands for a high-intensity role — Analyst, to work with our Leadership team at Jaipur. This isn’t a standard "reporting" role—you will be a business generalist operating at the intersection of Supply Chain, Design, Marketing, and Founder's Strategy. You will be the "engine room" that translates data into execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder’s Strategy: Own structured problem-solving projects that directly impact product development and the bottom line.

  • Supply Chain & Design Ops: Optimise inventory health, track sell-through, build vendor performance metrics, and build robust supply forecasting models to help with demand planning.

  • Business Systems: Build and automate daily/weekly dashboards using SQL/Python/Excel to keep the org data-driven.

  • Growth & Efficiency: Identify cost leakages and efficiency spikes across sourcing, production, and fulfilment.

    Key skills & qualifications

  • 1- 4 years of experience.

  • Academic Pedigree: B.Tech from IIT, NIT, or BITS.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets is a must. Hands-on experience with SQL/Python for data automation is highly preferred.

  • First-Principles Thinker: You can break down a complex problem into its smallest components and solve it from scratch.

  • Execution Muscle: You don’t just build decks; you love seeing your insights turn into reality on the warehouse floor or the digital storefront.

  • Grit: Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a startup that has grown 5x in a year.
