Asher Med is seeking an HR Recruiter to assist with initial employee screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Skills & Qualification

  • Recruitment and staffing expertise, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Proven ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively, with attention to detail and a keen understanding of job requirements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience using HR software to manage recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and analyze recruitment metrics.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to provide guidance on compliance and best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve recruitment-related issues.

  • Experience with ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with initial employee screening, including reviewing resumes and cover letters, and conducting phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Manage and track candidate progress through the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and communication.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and source candidates.

  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance, supporting hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Lead and participate in recruitment-related projects, analyzing recruitment metrics and developing recommendations for process improvements, while leveraging ATS systems to optimize recruitment efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive recruitment initiatives, leveraging technology to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.

  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
