Asher Med is seeking a Marketing Implementation Specialist to guide partners through the Activation stage of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for helping partners create their offer, build a simple marketing engine, and prepare for launch.
This is not a long-term marketing strategy or consulting role. Activation is focused on speed, clarity, and execution using existing assets.
You will work directly with partners in leveraged environments (group calls, community, and messaging platforms) to ensure they move from operational readiness to launch readiness efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident in marketing fundamentals, and comfortable leading groups while maintaining momentum across multiple partners simultaneously.
Own the Activation stage of the Partner Checkpoint System and guide partners from readiness to launch preparation
Help partners create clear, effective offers for GLP-1 and peptide services
Teach partners how to position and market their offer within their existing business
Guide partners through the Market Activation Path course and ensure proper implementation
Host group-based completion calls to validate partner readiness and transition them to the next stage
Lead live Q&A sessions to provide ongoing support and clarify marketing concepts at scale
Support partners inside community platforms and messaging channels to remove confusion and maintain momentum
Maintain accurate visibility of all partners within the Activation stage using GoHighLevel
Track partner progression, completion rates, and stage performance metrics
Identify bottlenecks in offer creation, marketing understanding, or execution and report trends to leadership
Recommend improvements to systems, content, and processes to increase partner success
Facilitate clean handoffs to the Sales Implementation Specialist to ensure continuity in the partner journey
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, offer creation, and demand generation
Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach them clearly to non-marketers
Experience leading group calls, trainings, or workshops
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) and pipeline tracking
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes, not just task completion
Experience in coaching, implementation, or client success roles is a plus
Partners successfully create and structure a clear, marketable offer
Partners build a simple, functional marketing engine using existing assets
Partners move through the Activation stage efficiently without unnecessary delays
Partners feel confident and prepared to launch their offer
Stage bottlenecks are identified early and continuously improved
