About the Job

Aspen Standard Wealth is scaling rapidly through acquisition, and we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of our partner Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms. The Growth Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic marketing lead for a portfolio of partner firms, helping assess existing marketing programs and establishing foundational positioning and performance-oriented marketing strategies. This role acts as a connector between firm leadership, internal stakeholders, and external marketing partners—ensuring programs are well-defined, compliant, measured, and continuously improved.

This role is based in Chicago, with a hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days in office). Occasional travel to partner firms is expected.

Responsibilities

Below are the core areas of work for this role. Over time, responsibilities may evolve, but this should provide a clear view of what to expect.

  • Assess and audit marketing programs for newly acquired partner firms to identify gaps, opportunities, and priority focus areas

  • Lead foundational marketing work for partner firms, including defining target markets, personas, and unique value propositions

  • Develop clear marketing strategies and recommended channel mixes aligned to firm positioning and growth goals

  • Manage and coordinate external agencies and consultants executing paid search, SEO, and related digital programs

  • Oversee content and website strategy, including editorial planning and coordination with content partners

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using HubSpot and related tools; translate insights into strategy adjustments

  • Partner with sales teams to evaluate lead quality and incorporate feedback into ongoing marketing strategy

  • Ensure all marketing programs adhere to SEC and regulatory compliance standards

Experiences and Functional Skills Required

  • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, with exposure to digital and performance marketing programs

  • Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and web best practices

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or related CRM/marketing platforms

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
