Skills & Qualification

• Proven experience in AI testing, data analysis, and quality assurance

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with AI testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI testing protocols to evaluate the performance of our AI systems

• Develop and maintain datasets, testing frameworks, and methodologies to ensure high-quality AI testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and research to integrate AI testing into our development lifecycle

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to analyze AI testing results and provide actionable insights

• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance AI testing efficiency and effectiveness

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including testing protocols, data dictionaries, and API documentation

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI testing and quality assurance

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed about the latest advancements in AI testing

• Lead and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote best practices and expertise in AI testing
