Skills & Qualification

  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and close sales.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of sales best practices and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Negotiate complex deals and close sales to meet sales targets.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them improve their sales skills and meet their sales targets.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve sales performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is using the most effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the sales team has the resources it needs to succeed.
