Experience with design systems and style guides is a plus. This will help you ensure consistency across our products and make our design process more efficient.
You'll need to be able to work in an agile development environment, where things move fast and priorities can change quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must for this role. You'll be working on complex problems and need to be able to break them down and find creative solutions.

You'll be conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions. This means you'll be talking to users, conducting usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform your design decisions.
You'll be developing and maintaining design documentation, including design rationale and user research findings. This means you'll be documenting your design decisions and the research that informed those decisions.
You'll be staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and applying that knowledge to improve our products. This means you'll be continuously learning and applying new design skills and technologies to improve our products.
You'll be leading design critiques and providing feedback to junior designers. This means you'll be mentoring and guiding junior designers, and providing feedback on their work.
You'll be participating in design community events and activities to stay connected with the design community. This means you'll be attending conferences, meetups, and other events to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
