Skills & Qualification

  • Strong knowledge of demos and presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product development)

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging demos that showcase our company's products and services to customers and prospects

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted demo presentations

  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continually improve demo content and presentation skills

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management
