At Stash Away, we are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, features, and services. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth through data-driven decision making, innovative problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong understanding of PROD system to optimize product delivery and ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams.

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key trends, and make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks, and optimize product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform product strategy and roadmap.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver products, features, and services that meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • Lead product development efforts, including defining requirements, creating product roadmaps, and managing product launches.

  • Analyze complex data sets to inform product strategy and optimize product performance.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineers, designers, and marketing teams.

  • Drive business growth through data-driven decision making, innovative problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, and optimize product performance through data-driven analysis and problem-solving.
