Skills & Qualification

• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Ability to analyze design problems and develop creative solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced design environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, including social media and content marketing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement design process improvements, including streamlining workflows and implementing new tools and technologies.

• Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across all design projects.

• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to design excellence, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
