Mira is creating a new category in industrial AI: turning the tacit, hands-on expertise of top operators and technicians into a multilingual knowledge hub — visual-first, AI-powered, and built for the factory floor. Developed in close cooperation with a globally leading €1B logistics company, our product is live, validated, and already running 6 active pilots with 10+ queued and a €2M sales funnel. This is not a plug-and-play AE seat. This is a founding commercial role where you own the entire sales engine — from ICP discovery to closed revenue. You will sell directly alongside the CEO, shape pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, and have a direct, measurable impact on the company’s trajectory.

Full-cycle ownership: Prospect, discover, pilot, close, and expand — across German Mittelstand and industrial conglomerates
Navigate complex stakeholders: Operations, HR, Training, Compliance, and Works Council (Betriebsrat)
Field presence & on-site excellence: Trade fairs (Messe), factory visits, and live product demos are your arena
Shape the go-to-market: Co-design pricing experiments, refine ICP verticals, and refine the sales narrative directly with the founders
You are a results-driven, high-performing sales professional who thrives on turning ambiguity into achievement. You’ve sold novel solutions into manufacturing, logistics, field service, or OEMs in the DACH market. You speak the language of downtime costs, onboarding inefficiency, and quality errors. You are adaptable, goal-focused, and competitive — and you don’t wait for a playbook; you write it.
