That's where you come in: we're hiring our first Account Executive to help build the playbook — how we sell, who we sell to, and drive growth.

About the role

We’re looking for our first Account Executive to help shape our outbound motion. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with the founders, and have a visible impact on the Blaze, the future of autonomous marketing.

You’ll be joining at the precipice of scale — right as inbound demand, product maturity, and brand momentum are converging. The foundation is built, the market signal is strong, and now we’re ready to turn that traction into predictable revenue.

This isn't your average AE role:

  • High impact: You’ll define how we sell and who we sell to.

  • Direct access: Work side-by-side with the founders every day.

  • Upside: Competitive base salary + meaningful equity.

  • Timing: Join right as we shift from early traction to rapid growth — when your work will shape the entire go-to-market engine.

  • Speed: We move fast, iterate quickly, and back ideas that drive results.

Specifically you'll:

  • Own the full sales cycle — from qualifying inbound leads to closing new customers.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, experimenting with outbound where it makes sense.

  • Partner directly with our CEO and COO on pricing, positioning, and deal strategy.

  • Work closely with our Growth team to refine messaging and surface patterns from the field.

  • Develop a repeatable sales process — how we demo, follow up, and convert.

  • Capture and relay product feedback to help shape the roadmap.

Experiences that set you apart:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.

  • Experience selling to marketing, content, or growth teams is a plus.

  • A builder’s mindset — comfortable creating process where there isn’t one yet.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can connect the dots between product and impact.

  • Resourceful, data-minded, and comfortable experimenting to find what works.

Skills that make you extraordinary:

  • Resourceful and adaptable. You're comfortable building and iterating sales processes from scratch, being proactive, and result-oriented.

  • Strong understanding of marketing, content, or creative SaaS products and how they drive customer outcomes.

  • Takes ownership end-to-end. You can design and execute outbound campaigns, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.

  • Analytical mindset. You can track metrics, interpret patterns, and optimize strategies.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling. You're able to clearly articulate value and simplify complex ideas.
